Search Engine Marketing Specialist

We Are Seeking Someone Experienced In The Web And Digital Industry Who Is Self-Motivating To Help Service Our Existing/New Clients Through Online Organic, PPC, SEM And SEO Campaigns.

You will be responsible for a broad range of activities, and will need to demonstrate experience and leadership in these:

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations
  • Ensure the websites are constantly using the best search engine optimisation techniques and practices that ensure the sites receive top rankings with major search engines for their relevant keywords, and generate traffic and leads
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Work with the team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Assist in managing digital campaigns from planning to execution
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the online marketing and search landscape, including tool recommendations, strategies, industry news, etc.
  • Re-marketing/Re-targeting/ Advanced dynamic creative strategies to assist with lead generation and branding

Application Criteria

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline is (desirable but not essential)
  • Hands-on SEO and SEM experience in a fast paced environment, with strong focus on delivering outstanding results
  • Demonstrated digital campaign management experience
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders on different levels
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, AdWords, NetInsight, etc.) including certifications (certifications preferred but not essential)
  • Strong link building and optimisation skills
  • The ability to plan out and work to a budget
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Experience writing ad copy that is targeted with clear call-to-actions in order to increase CTR and conversion rate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, holistic marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and manage paid social media ad-spends; including top-line reporting and optimising campaigns based on results
  • Scheduling and creating social media content
  • Create engaging EDM’s 
  • Demonstrate creative judgment; protect the brands and inform designers about style, look and feel
  • Execute day-to-day campaigns
  • Analysis of marketing data and creating client reports
  • Work cooperatively with key team members, clients and vendors

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Experience managing clients in an agency, freelance or consulting capacity. OR a demonstrable ability to do so. 
  • Solid knowledge and experience with content marketing, SEO and search engine advertising campaigns preferred but can be taught
  • Experience facilitating social media and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong data analysis skills. Experience using and interpreting data from marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Experience briefing and collaborative with creatives eg. Video creators, copywriters, web designers, etc.

Highly Desired

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Agency experience highly desirable
  • Marketing platform experience ie. AdWords, Analytics, etc
  • Exceptional time management and decision making skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environment

Social Media & Content Specialist

We Are Looking For An Experienced Social Media Expert Who Loves The Challenges Of An Ever Changing Platform, With The Thrill Of Learning And Mastering These Challenges.

This role will oversee social media communities and campaigns with responsibilities which include but are not limited to research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting.  This role will strive to achieve high-level community engagement, brand and channel consistency, and information clarity and will contribute to and execute the social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating posts, managing content and managing Ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter
  • Develop and work on both paid and community management campaigns
  • Implement pixel tracking and campaign reporting
  • Developing & implementing social media strategy
  • Basic image design and editing for posting & Ads
  • Content creation and headline writing
  • Monitor and respond to inbound messages and reviews across all social media platforms.

Application Criteria

  • 2 years experience in similar role (agency or freelancer experience preferred)
  • Marketing Degree preferred not essential
  • Account management, including budget management, spend analysis and experience with analytics packages and report writing
  • Proven expertise on social media platforms
  • Content creation expertise – digital design, writing, animation, podcasting
  • Proven track record in team mentorship and leadership
  • Commitment to achieving deadlines and ability to mange competing priorities
