Head honcho and chief strategist Mike has extensive experience in Market Research, Retail, eCommerce & FMCG. His focus has been on gaining an incredible understanding of consumer behaviour and how consumers can be influenced to make buying choices.
Keiran has been designing for over 35 years and has a very keen eye for type, colour & composition. He has worked across the full gamut of print and digital disciplines in many agencies and design houses. He brings a wealth of creative talent to the Oddball Team.
Kyle has held a number of different roles during his time at Oddball, including Copywriter, Marketing Strategist, Head of Client Service, and now General Manager. Always looking to challenge himself and learn new skills, Kyle's growth in both position and knowledge reflects his high work ethic and dedication. He is excited to see how he can help continue to grow himself and Oddball in the years to come.
With over 5 years of experience in search marketing, Evan heads all things SEO and Google Ads at Oddball. He’s always on the lookout for the latest trends within the space and has a knack for creating new tools and processes that constantly refine our service.

Tristan offers 15 years of diverse writing experience, from copywriting and content creation, to Masters and PhD research in Spain, Mexico, and Italy. With a deep focus on market research when writing, Tristan is passionate about crafting messages that resonate with the target audience, ensuring they reach the right people at the optimal time.
Kat is a highly effective content marketer with an extensive background in social media. She has worked in social media for the last 9 years across both agency and in-house marketing roles including Luna Park Sydney.
Cathy is passionate about people. She started out in photography with Santa photos, before progressing to portraiture, weddings and then commercial work including videography. She has been creating imagery for over 20years.
Carly has over 10 years experience in the world of graphic design. From conceptualisation to delivering finished products, Carly has proven end-to-end expertise. As a natural evolution, Carly has taken things to the next level as a project manager. She is passionate about innovating user experience in design.
Michael studied Physics and Engineering before moving into a technical role as a Business Systems Engineer. Now a Web Project Manager at Oddball, he draws on his background in web development, user experience, and process improvement to understand client needs and deliver projects that create real value.
Matt is a recent Commerce and Business graduate, majoring in Economics and Marketing, with hands-on experience in creating and managing social media content. Now part of the team at Oddball Marketing, he’s eager to apply his academic knowledge while building real-world expertise in marketing strategy and client services.
Todd completed 2 Degrees (Psychology & Master of I.T.). He has held positions at Macquarie Group Ltd as a Hosting Support Analyst / Programmer, and at Symmetrii Pty Ltd working on Workflow Automation & Custom Website Development. Todd is an accomplished coder and plugin developer, and hates photoshoots.
