Sometimes, success is all about being smart with timing and audiences. For Amazement Farm & Fun Park, we made magic happen by driving ticket purchases in the most cost-effective way possible.
The Problem
Ticket sales can be tricky to optimise. You don’t just want more clicks—you want actual conversions. But at the same time, you don’t want to burn through your budget chasing them. Amazement Farm needed a strategy that worked both during quieter periods to generate interest and in peak seasons when families were ready to splash out on fun.
Our Strategy
We took a smart approach to audience targeting for Paid Socal
Off-Peak Campaigns: During quieter times, we launched traffic campaigns aimed at brand-new audiences. This wasn’t just about driving clicks—it was about building a strong retargeting audience for later.
Peak Period Retargeting: When the school holidays hit, we leveraged our newly built audience from the off-peak campaigns. We targeted them with conversion-focused ads, keeping costs low while maximising purchases.
By playing the long game, we ensured conversions never slowed—off-peak campaigns kept interest bubbling, and peak campaigns turned that interest into sales.
The Results
In December alone, during the busy school holiday season, we secured 46 ticket purchases at an average cost per purchase of just $29. That’s what we call stretching a budget while still delivering big results!
With our dual-phase approach, we not only kept ticket sales flowing but also made every marketing pound work harder. Families got their fun, and Amazement Farm got their wins.
