And when it comes to doing it right, Little Miracles is one of the best in town. Their centres aren’t just places to drop your kid off—they’re places full of heart, purpose, and the kind of magic that makes kids want to come back tomorrow.

The Challenge

We’ve been lucky to work with Little Miracles for over four years now—long enough to see firsthand how steadily (and brilliantly) they’ve grown. 

We’ll take some credit for that as well (wink wink).

But with all that growth came a new problem: the old website just couldn’t keep up. They needed something modern and mighty—built not just to look good, but to work hard. The brief was clearer than a juice spill on fresh carpet:

  • Better reflect their values and high standards of care
  • Be mobile-friendly and easy to navigate for busy parents
  • Improve lead generation through online enquiries and centre tours
  • Support multiple locations and streamline contact with each centre

The old site was doing its best, bless it. But while Little Miracles was soaring, the website was sort of… strolling. And when your digital front door is lagging behind your real-world magic, it’s time for an upgrade.

In 2024, we undertook a full redesign and rebuild of the Little Miracles website. Our process included:

  • Conversion-Focused Copywriting: Crafting clear, human, and persuasive messaging that speaks to parents’ real needs—turning interest into action

  • Conversion Optimisation: Clear calls-to-action, simplified forms, and an intuitive enquiry process

  • SEO & Performance: Improving visibility in search and boosting site speed

The Results

Since launching the new site in 2024, Little Miracles has seen substantial growth in website performance.

Conversions More Than Doubled

  • Before: 378 conversions
  • After: 764 conversions
  • Increase: 102.12%

Conversion Rate Nearly Doubled

  • Before: 1.74%
  • After: 3.45%
  • Increase: 98.59%

These changes didn’t just bring more people to the site—they got them sticking around, clicking through, and actually doing something. Parents booked tours. Enquiries rolled in. It wasn’t just more traffic—it was the right kind of traffic, doing exactly what it needed to.

Ongoing Impact

The new website isn’t just a pretty face—it’s a hard-working enrolment machine. Each centre now has its own moment to shine, making it easier for families to find their fit.

And for a growing network like Little Miracles, that matters. A lot.
