ABOUT THE PROJECT
Having acquired another software company and expanding into the Australia / New Zealand market, developing a sophisticated custom website was an important entry point to the growing organisation.
The Bp project offered Oddball Marketing the opportunity to custom-build a site for a highly professional, time-poor health industry audience. Developing a site such as this required very specific forms customisation, peak loading speed, robust security and integration with the Best Practice CRM system.
The project was facilitated remotely with the organisation is based in Bundaberg, Brisbane, Sydney and Hamilton, NZ. Frequent progress meetings were conducted by phone/video conference and involved several stakeholders.
Oddball Marketing’s design team worked closely with Bp’s graphic designer to maintain branding consistency.
The project went live in stages with the core website being complete and user forum being released shortly after.
The form submission has been integrated with Bp’s internal CRM system for automated enquiry capture
The site has been designed for speed and is extremely responsive, delivering the content medical professionals need, as soon as they need it.
The Oddball Effect
Since launching, the Best Practice site has continue to grow with an increase is traffic, lower bounce rates and more enquiries. The Bp team has been pleasantly surprised at just how many quality enquiries come from the constantly evolving site.
