The team at Property Investment Advisors (PIA) approached us about creating a cohesive business identity for this new venture. As a new business, they needed to make sure their marketing and sales collateral positioned them as quality, trustworthy and reputable business.
PIA was a brand new startup with little brand identity, no marketing collateral and no website. While the guys are great at their job, they needed help to bring the design and brand to life.
The initial branding was completed by an overseas provider. However, they didn’t supply the client with any of the graphic assets they would need to use their logo/brand across marketing channels.
They also needed an expert team to guide them on their presentation documents to ensure they were as professional and convincing as they could be. The guys had already written the core content but we then moulded the approach into a story that answered the key questions potential customers would have as they read.
Over multiple sessions, we worked with the Property Investment Advisors to define their brand, what services they provide customers and ultimately how they help their customers.
We then went through an in-depth solution architecture workshop to uncover what people are thinking about (and concerned about). This provided the backbone structure for the website and for the printed product/service guide
Check out the images for the effect. We created a series of documents that are sent or presented to the client. Each are used to guide customers along a journey to ultimately arrive at a decision to invest.
The images speak for themselves really but then the content has also been structured in a way that it appeals to the reason why people are interested in property investing in the first place. Each document then breaks down their decision motivators and how property can help them fulfil their dreams.
