Our head honcho and chief Oddball. Everything Mike does is about pushing the boundaries and challenging the status quo. He works both hard and smart (though even he would wish to do more of the latter). It’s his passion, dedication and commitment to our customers that inspires us to keep pushing the frontiers.
Ohh… and it just so happens Mike is an expert in: Consumer behaviour, SEO, AdWords, Information Architecture, User Experience, and Matchbox Cars… well, according to his son.

Starting out in Graphic Design in 1987 at age 17 in a publishing house as a junior, Keiran worked his way up to be Art Director by age 21. He has since extensively freelanced and worked various boutique design studios, leading direct marketing agencies and global ad agencies (Clockwork Art, Rapp Collins, and DDB).

Opinionated and passionate, Keiran drives everyone nuts with his aesthetic obsession, and bores people witless talking about fonts (suggest Comic Sans at your peril).

Cathy is passionate about people. While working in Business Development Cathy has worked with companies from all industries. Though specialising in financial services with clients such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Deloites. Cathy worked closely with the Commonwealth Bank and her clients to provide the right technology solutions for their needs.

Cathy is our “numbers and people” person, and is Wendy to the Lost Boys in Oddball’s Neverland.

When it comes to marketing, Chris loves to see little businesses grow. He is passionate about the successes that come with a well thought out marketing approach and loves to think strategically in every approach (doesn’t mind a brainstorm either).

Chris has worked with the likes of Nine Entertainment Co & Southern Cross Austereo right down to the bread and butter sole traders, right here on the Central Coast. With him Chris brings a diverse range of skills in Social Media Marketing, Display Advertising, Radio, TV and Google Adwords.

If it’s a word-thing, then Lea is the Oddball for you. Making words sing, in tune with design and in harmony with what clients need – that is what Lea strives for. With a background in freelance writing, PR, marketing communications and public speaking, and with a degree in education, getting messages across to their intended audience has been her life’s work.

Lea is a language-loving, social media addicted spelling nut. She dreams of a world in which people and apostrophes can live together in peace.

Fascinated by both numbers and design, Jared is a self-described introspective extrovert and a specialist in all things marketing. With a background in marketing communications and digital media, Jared loves to analyse data and transform it into actionable solutions.

If he isn’t digging to find the latest trend in digital marketing, you’ll find Jared chasing a little white ball around the golf course, clinging to the dream of one day making it on Tour!
